The actress Gisèle Dufour, best known for her roles in the soap operas Daughters of Eve, earthly paradise and The Sparrows and the Chaffinchespassed away on May 6 at the age of 91, at Maison St-Raphaël in Outremont.

Ms. Dufour suffered from type B non-Hodgkin lymphoma in the bone marrow, which caused severe anemia, explained her only son Michel Dufour, who accompanied her until the end.
