Welcome to India this week with Victoria, our Norman from the end of the world who lived for almost a year in Chennai, a city better known as Madras. Chennai is a very large city with more than six million inhabitants, it is also the economic center of southern India, and the capital of the state of Tamil Nadu.
Victoria therefore left for India with the CIEP, the International Center for Educational Studies, which depends on the National Education and which operates in the field of education and languages.
