INTERVIEW. Sacha for a crazy night tonight in Bergerac

If you are told rubik’s cube, VHS and 45 rpm… does that speak to you? Generation 80-90 proposed Saturday evening at the Bergerac Expo Fair will make it possible to find the (real) artists of those years. A crazy night in perspective…

Sacha (from Start of the Evening): ready for a night of madness!

“And you sing, sing, sing this chorus that you like. And you clap, clap, clap, it’s your way of loving. This rhythm that takes you to the end of the night. Awakens the whirlwind in you with a wind of madness!”a chorus from the summer of 1988 which is still covered in 2022. When Sacha, one of the two members of the project Early evening will sing Crazy night in Bergerac, you too might shed a tear.

France Bleu Périgord: is it true that you were the director of a radio station in Marseille before singing Nuit de folie?

Sasha: Yes, absolutely. So I was in a big local radio station at the time. And then I worked with network radios which are still emerging today.

Crazy night: this song, which has become a party anthem. Even today, in 2022…

Indeed, when we were called in 2007 to start the tour on the 80s following the film produced by Thomas Langmann (Stars 80, editor’s note) I said to myself “but who will come to see us in the Zenith?”. Finally, we toured for twelve years in all the biggest venues in France, stadiums and Bercy several times, etc. and we did two star 80s films, one and two.

Anyone know this song?

From 7 to 77 years old, yes. In fact, the kids come in front, sing all the songs by heart. Young people really know that. Slightly older teenagers are celebrating with the 80s because it was truly a decade of parties, of carefree. We were really freer than today. That’s clear.
