Raîche is currently vice president of football operations with the Philadelphia Eagles.
A source familiar with the matter spoke to the AP on anonymity because the process is in its early stages.
Raiche could become the assistant to Browns general manager Andrew Berry, with whom she worked at the Eagles.
ESPN Cleveland was the first to report the Browns’ interest in Raiche.
The 33-year-old Quebecer could take on some of the duties that Kwesi Adofo-Mensah had with the Browns before becoming the GM of the Minnesota Vikings in January.
Raîche worked for the Montreal Alouettes. She started as an intern and was eventually promoted to assistant general manager, before joining the Toronto Argos.
Raîche then joined the Eagles in 2019 as Football Operations Coordinator.
