Tribute to Karim Ouellet at the National Assembly

Catherine Dorion paid a very touching funeral tribute on Tuesday to the memory of Quebec singer Karim Ouellet, who died on January 17, at age 37.

Here is the text read with emotion in the Blue Room by the member for the riding of Taschereau, in downtown Quebec, where the singer-songwriter lived and created. A dozen relatives of Mr. Ouellet were in the stands to hear him, including his sister, rapper Sarahmée.
