Bossa: an air and flavors of Brazil

On the plate, you will be amazed with colorful and gourmet dishes such as tapiocas, pancakes made from cassava flour and stuffed with a choice of avocado, smoked salmon or chicken with pesto. Moreover, the meat is carefully prepared by the famous Maison Audinot in Reims, with which Juliana Barbosa collaborates on her beef and chicken recipes. Before leaving the trip it is recommended to taste the brigadeiros, a kind of truffle made from sweetened condensed milk and cocoa. It is offered with the famous Brazilian coffee from Maison Miguel in Champfleury.
