Getaway at the Schnepfenried farm-inn

Marie-Ève ​​and Yves moved to the farm in 1992, taking over from Yves’ parents. Adrien, their sons and his partner, Alexia, after agricultural training, joined the farm. The area is made up of 145 ha of moors and high meadows between the ski slopes of Schnepfenried and Morfeld and 100 ha of stubble.

The processing of milk…is mainly used to make Munster cheese and Bargkass and new creamy cheese.
