More than 27 years after the events, a woman filed a complaint on Wednesday April 27 for rape against Patrick Poivre d’Arvor. This complaint is the 17ᵉ against Patrick Poivre d’Arvor and the seventh for rape.

Justice considers these facts as prescribed, since the period is twenty years. The former TF1 presenter denies the accusations and has, for his part, filed a complaint for “slanderous denunciation”. His lawyer Philippe Naepels indicates that he wishes “prevent the same lies from being repeated“Without contradiction. For the complainants, this complaint may allow them to face Patrick Poivre d’Arvor in court.
