With the peak of the 6th wave “behind us”, Public Health confirms that the mask will be compulsory indoors until at least May 14. The sequel will be announced next week.
“We really anticipate that we will be able to remove it on the 14th,” said Dr. Luc Boileau about the mask. “We are very confident for the 14th.”
The acting national director of public health provides an update on the evolution of the COVID-19 situation in Quebec on Thursday afternoon. He is accompanied by the medical microbiologist, clinical expert in support of the scientific management of the MSSS pandemic, Dr. Jean Longtin.
