Kamel Chibli confirms that the Region will give more to the TFC in Ligue 1. Currently, this subsidy amounts to around 200,000 euros. How much? “We are going to discuss, we are criteria for all the clubs. We also have Montpellier in Ligue 1 so we are going to settle on that. We have two supports: the performance part, the visibility. And there the center part of training. We are not in surreal budgets. Doubling the budget, perhaps not necessarily. In general, we provide support that is not raw, because you never know. Sometimes we have comebacks in the League 2 which weaken the clubs”, explains Kamel Chibli.
Will the regional subsidy to the TFC exceed 250,000 euros? “It may be a little more but it’s a discussion that we will have with the club. A euro spent is a useful euro at home. We have these relocated training sessions in particular, so we are going to ask them for a commitment to do what we are doing with Stade Toulousain, that is to say to go to the clubs in the territory to share this fervor and this ambition with young people and amateur clubs”, says Kamel Chibli.
