Jonathan Toews and Erik Gustafsson had the other goals for the Hawks, who have won just five of their last 20 games.
Dominik Kubalik scored an assist in his 200and NHL game.
Kevin Hayes was the scorer for the Flyers, who were beaten for 12and times in 16 matches.
Felix Sandstrom blocked 30 shots.
Chicago clung to a 2-1 lead when DeBrincat converted a one-time pass from Patrick Kane at 7:45 into the third period.
The Flyers gave up four power plays (and the Hawks five).
On Wednesday the Flyers will play in Winnipeg, while the Hawks will host the Knights.
