26 Ukrainian refugees arrived in Dordogne this Friday, April 22, announced the Dordogne prefecture in a press release. They were brought from Paris to be welcomed here in the public establishment of Clairvivre in Salagnac before being accommodated in accommodation provided by the Périgourdins.
112 Ukrainian children educated in the Dordogne
According to the prefecture and APARE, the association which helps its refugees in their procedures, 401 people were welcomed in the Dordogne since the beginning of the war started by Russia. Among them, 112 students who are educated in establishments in the Dordogne. Half are in elementary school25 in kindergarten, 30 in college and 4 in high school.
