And to continue: “He arrived in Europe via Italy in the 2010s and has been staying regularly on French territory since 2016. A soil on which he works and is perfectly in order.” The Minister of the Interior, Gerald Darmanin, assured Monday that the individual was in possession of a receipt from the prefecture proving that his paper request file was well examined at this time. Finally, the Minister of the Interior confirmed that this assailant was not known to any of the French intelligence services.
