The BAM brewery in Périgueux

It was in March 2022 that Parmis moved into its new premises of more than 1000m2 in 105, rue Pierre Magne in Périgueux. Founded in 2013 by Ophelia Camandone and Denis Porcher, BAM has become a must in the Dordogne brewing community.

The brewery now has more than 14 references inspired by the journey of Ophélie and Denis who trained in Quebec.

Among the BAM range, you can taste the emblematic Armadillo, a summer ale, blond with tropical fruity notes brought by hops. If you don’t like bitterness, taste a light blonde lto Sakura garnished with fresh ginger. Chocolate lover, you will not be disappointed by tasting the Joseph and the Chocolate Factory (Chocolat Porter), brewed in collaboration with the Chocolaterie Joseph de Périgueux, a beautiful alliance of roasted malt and smooth cocoa. For hop lovers, the Fish Me IPA (India Pale Ale) or the Chaetophractus Villosus (Double IPA), an XXL version of TATOU.

Another reference, the refreshing Sleepless nightbeer brewed with barley and wheat malt to which Timut pepper is added with citrus notes or even the Breads Not Deada beer brewed from unsold bread, without forgetting the fans of black beers who will taste the Igor Perry, a full-bodied Russian Imperial Stout.

Other references punctuate the BAM, according to the seasons and desires, the ephemeral beers that are born and disappear.

On site, a Taproom bar for relaxed afterworks.

In addition to the brasserie, Ophelia and Denis have created a new cultural place in order to get closer to their customers. A bar designed in a container to discover the full range of BAM beers accompanied by boards highlighting local products. All with a musical scene for the most convivial afterworks.
