Discovery and high standards is the idea behind the new edition of this festival, with an open, original program and creations designed especially for the Festival de Saint-Céré which will take you from The White Lady from Boïeldieu to Bach and Boulez, via Maurice Yvain, from familiar works to forgotten masterpieces, from chamber music to lyrical art, from film-concerts to family shows. Without forgetting percussions, operettas, improvisations on organ and fantastic accordion.
Youth and excellence being at the heart of our project, we have invited some of the most gifted young musicians of their generation in residence. They make the festival a place of experimentation and creation where crazy ideas and the most ambitious achievements mingle.
The time has therefore come to meet us, in the emblematic places of the festival or more unexpected. We invite you to take the plunge, to leap into the unknown, where imagination, thought and emotion take shape.
