George Michael Freedom Uncuta self-narrated documentary about the life and work of George Michael, will hit screens on June 22, Sony Entertainment Music and Trafalgar Releasing announced on Wednesday.

The British singer was very involved in the making of this film when he died suddenly on December 25, 2016, at the age of 53.
Made with never-before-seen personal archives and never-before-seen interviews with the singer and artists who admire him, Freedom Uncut is introduced by director David Austin, his close friend, as ” the last work from the pop icon.
Among other things, we can see in the documentary unpublished extracts from the shooting of the famous clip Freedomdirected by David Fincher.
