The names of nine charcuterie specialties, written in French, Basque or Gascon, are hidden on the facades of this quay with letters out of order!
If you have the solution, go to the Roland Barthes esplanade at the stand of France Bleu Pays Basque or the Sud-Ouest newspaper to fill out your game slip. Every day at 5 p.m., a draw will select three winners, who will be offered stuffed fillets. On Sunday evening, the closing day of this 559th Bayonne Ham Fair, a big draw among these winning ballots will designate the big winner who will win a whole ham.
