The ex-Miss France Malika Ménard lent herself to a frequently asked questions via Instagram in which the beauty queen was able to address more or less intimate subjects. The question of the exes of the young woman is back on the table. And she did not fail to clarify things!
“Do you manage to keep in touch with your exes? has, in fact, asked a user to Miss France 2010. “‘In contact’ more or less regularly… I am at peace and on good terms with the three men I have loved in my life. I will always wish them the best and thank them for going through my life. I owe them part of who I am today” explained the young woman visibly without hard feelings (see slideshow).
But who are the exes she is talking about? First there is the footballer Benoit Costil (accused of racism), whom she met when she was 16 when she worked as a hostess at the Caen stadium in her Normandy. The Miss subsequently experienced a series of sentimental failures: a relationship with another footballer, Clément Grenier and another with the comedian Michaël Cohen. Then she begins a tumultuous period on the arm of the singer Ycare. Indeed, the two lovebirds live a first story between 2016 and 2017 before separating to better meet again at the beginning of 2018. Finally they leave definitively a year later. Malika then had an idyll of about 1 year with the Marseille restaurateur Christophe Juville. They separated in the summer of 2021.
A happy celibacy
Today, the former miss, for whom marriage is far from being a priority, lives her celibacy very well. She has also embarked on a fight for her freedom and independence. His book Fuck the complexes is the symbol of this: she refuses to be told what to do and wants to be herself. Something she couldn’t do for a long time during her Miss career. “Miss France didn’t create any complexes for me, on the other hand, you are really demanding with yourself and you take a lot of time to get rid of that. You feel like you belong to a standard, when it’s not yours. Me, I was not prepared. It takes a lot of time to undo and recognize yourself in the mirror, to become familiar with yourself without makeup” she said on the show The complexes – between friendsled by Ben Névert.
