Nicole settled on the family farm in 2000. The farm was then specialized in the production of cereals and asparagus.
She added a range of seasonal fruits and vegetables grown in the open ground, or in greenhouses for the most fragile ones, such as melons which have ripened so quickly that their season is already over.
His priority? Respect for the environment and the natural cycles of crops. The season for red berries and melons is over. At the end of August, the tomato season is in full swing as well as that of eggplant, carrots, onions, cucumbers, sweet potatoes, garlic and leeks.
Autumn will see the kiwis ripen, an original crop that Nicole’s parents had already initiated.
The products are on sale at the farm shop open on Saturday mornings and at the shop Hopla in Oberhausbergen.
