Thomas suggests a simple idea: sow Lorraine flowers in Lorraine. Firstly because the flowers here are pretty, and then because we have, in Lorraine, a real horticultural tradition. Thomas therefore founded “In terra” and offers “fleurs de Lorraine” a selection of flower seeds typical of Lorraine. They can be sown in the ground or even in planters.
As for delicacies, Thomas told us about tomato carpaccio with violet flowers or sea bream tartare with citrus fruits and coriander flowers. Moselle that he is, he also likes cottage cheese tart and the famous “currywurt” sausage
