Philippe Bond was arrested by the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) in Rivière-du-Loup on March 30 and failed the breathalyzer test. The comedian and radio host will appear Monday at the local courthouse.

In the information filed at the Rivière-du-Loup courthouse, it is written that the man would have had “a blood alcohol level in his blood above the legal limit of 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood within two hours following the time when he ceased to drive a motor vehicle”.
