In Colombia, in the town of Medellin, nearly 20 men tried to steal gold from a deposit. An attempt which failed, but which allowed the police to make a net in stride.
In Medellin, one of Colombia’s main cities, passers-by witnessed a surreal scene: a dump truck rushing at a door, but not just any one. Behind the door is a gold deposit. In the area, police are patrolling and identifying the facts. The robbers, who are nearly twenty individuals, exchange shots with automatic weapons before fleeing. Professionals who did not have time to reach their goal.
“This organized criminal gang had been preparing this robbery for months, they thought they were in the series ‘La Casa de Papel’, but no gentlemen, this is not Netflix. We have the best police in Colombia“Said the mayor of the town, Daniel Quintero. Nearly eleven suspects were finally arrested thanks to the city’s CCTV cameras. The shots taken by the police were released to the public.
