The two Toulouse investigating judges responsible for the investigation into the disappearance and murder of Delphine Jubillar, will conduct new hearings of civil parties on Friday at 9 a.m., learned franceinfo Thursday March 31 from a source familiar with the matter.

All these civil parties, represented by master Mourad Battikh, will be heard for the first time by the two magistrates in charge of the case. Delphine Jubillar, who no longer had her parents, were very close to her uncle and aunt.

In this case, the husband of Delphine Jubillar with whom she was in the process of separation, has been indicted since June 2021 for aggravated murder and has been placed in pre-trial detention. His four requests for release were rejected.
