PVM – Espace 360 is “a project with an incomparable view which will be located on floors 44, 45 and 46 of 1 Place Ville Marie and which will make way for a set of offers for occupants and the general public”, indicated in a email Ivanhoé Cambridge, owner of Place Ville Marie.
This project is scheduled for fall 2022. More details to come. “This is a brand new concept, unique and specific to PVM, which will be transformative for the downtown core,” says Ivanhoé.
Espace 360 will replace the Au Sommet Place Ville Marie observatory, inaugurated in 2016 and which did not survive the health crisis.
The observatory had cost 13 million. Alexandre Taillefer had participated in its development through his company XPND. It was supposed to welcome 300,000 visitors a year, but attendance was lower than initially forecast.
