The family of the man killed by the shooting of a police officer on Saturday March 26 at the wheel of a van on the edge of Sevran and Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) filed a complaint with civil action for “intentional homicide” Tuesday March 29, according to the document sent to the dean of the investigating judges of the Bobigny judicial court, which franceinfo was able to consult.
