The comparator from 20 hours takes stock of the proposals of the candidates to improve the incomes of the peasants, from the reduction of taxes to the limitation of imports.
AT a few days before the first round of the presidential election, the comparator from 20 hours of France 2 was interested in the proposals of the candidates to improve the income of the farmers. One of the priorities of Valérie Pécresse, Jean Lassalle and Emmanuel Macron is to lower the charges for the agricultural world. Several candidates also insist on increasing aid, in particular for organic. This is the case of Philippe Poutou, Yannick Jadot and Jean-Luc Melenchon.
To enable farmers to live better, Jean-Luc Mélenchon and Fabien Roussel want to go further. They want to impose minimum prices through government intervention. The PCF candidate, for example, offers floor prices. This is also the case for Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, Marine Le Pen and Éric Zemmour. The last two cities also defend the idea of protectionism with the limitation of imports in certain cases.
A better income and a better retirement. An important issue for two candidates: Nathalie Arthaud and Anne Hidalgo. The mayor of Paris wants, for example, to guarantee a retirement 85% Smic for farmers.
