11 people brought to justice after three nights of urban violence

Eleven people, including two minors, were brought to justice after the three nights of urban violence that occurred in Sevran, Aulnay-sous-Bois and Tremblay-en-France (Seine-Saint-Denis), announces the Bobigny prosecution. Of the 11 people brought to justice, three individuals were arrested after the first night of violence on Saturday evening. They have been remanded in custody pending their immediate trial on April 27. They are prosecuted for violence against a person holding public authority, death threats against a person holding public authority and rebellion.

After the second night of tension with the police, on Sunday evening, two minors were presented to the juvenile judge and three other people were referred on Tuesday evening for participation in a group to commit violence or possession of incendiary product .

Finally, 10 police custody are still ongoing after the violence that occurred overnight from Monday to Tuesday. Three people were presented to a judge for rebellion or willful violence against a person holding public authority with a weapon by destination.

In total, after these three nights of violence in Seine-Saint-Denis, the Bobigny prosecution indicates that 29 people were arrested.
