Ounes, in Saint-Martin sur le Pré, has leftover homemade fries that he browns with an onion and white wine accompanied by an omelet. Sylvaine de Reims lives alone, but she cooks a lot! And she loves vegetables; suddenly she takes a vegetable that she will accommodate over the days of the week. Isabelle de Rocroi has eggs, a mango, prawns and goat cheese in her fridge. She found a recipe subtly combining these ingredients. Finally, Catherine from Vitry-les-Reims, has leftover chicken, stew and mashed potatoes. She is going to improvise a parmentier with all that, adding a little parmesan.
