In the streets of kyiv (Ukraine), ambulances meander between the roadblocks, and bring back the last evacuees from a town 10 km from the capital. They are very old people, who were the last to leave. The alerts are ringing in the capital, but no one is running for shelter. The hairdresser has reopened, and there are people at the door. “The noose is loosening around kyiv, but the Russians still have the opportunity to use their very long-range missiles”recalls the special correspondent in kyiv of the 20 Hours, Agnès Vahramian.
