It was a great opportunity for us to interfere to talk about Sapinette and Serpolette with César, liquorist of the House16to discuss viticulture with Guillaume Chazelle, cooperator at AGAMY and to meet some of the many local artisans who are keen to tell us about their products: chocolate for Stephen Munar or Fréderic Guerpillon, carabrioche from La Pétrie, apple pies and sourdough bread, fourme from Montbrison and Charles’ homemade spreads… Our taste buds couldn’t resist!
