This “vineyard conducted in agroecology, without added dogma”, is an undisputed star in Limoux. There is an unparalleled brilliance in this cuvée, which is very mainly made up of Chardonnay, due to the terroirs at altitude, but also to a know-how in terms of winemaking which retains only the essentials. Same spirit as a good Chablis. (5)
