Between the Garonne and the Dordogne, the Merlots (here dominant) excel under the biodynamic inspiration of Gérard Laurent, for a cuvée all in precision and freshness. A red that offers body and fleshy fruity, simple expression, but provided in tannins and of a great sapidity. Can’t wait for the grilled tab! (5)
