Chris Barber and Tamara Lich, two protesters who played a significant role in organizing the protest in Ottawa, were charged Thursday with mischief, counseling others to commit mischief, intimidation, incitement to intimidation, obstruction of police and incitement to obstruction, according to CTV News reporter Glen McGregor.

The man and woman were arrested on February 17, before being released on bail on February 18 and March 7, respectively.

Another important player in the movement, Pat King, should appear during the day on Thursday.
