The fans of Large families, life in XXL, awaited this new episode with great impatience. Indeed, the program presented a new family which will undoubtedly make people talk a lot: the Provenchère family. This should therefore arouse many reactions, but not only for the number of children in the family or the way in which they are educated.
No, if the Provenchère family will interest viewers, it is unfortunately because it has been affected by a terrible tragedy. Laëtitia, the 36-year-old mother takes care of her four children alone: Nolann (3 years old) and the triplets, Emmy, Lyna and Noëlya (1 year old). If it is alone that she provides the education, the meals, and the moments of entertainment for her offspring, it is unfortunately because life has decided to take away her spouse and the father of the children prematurely.
A tragedy that she manages to overcome
“When I was 2 months pregnant with the triplets, I suddenly lost my husband. Guillaume was really the ideal husband, a real father hen. But in August 2020, he suffered an accident at work and he died two days later”she confided to our colleagues from Feminine before adding: “At that time, the real question was how to manage my pain and how to tell a 2-year-old boy that he won’t see his dad again?”.
Fortunately, Laëtitia can count on the unfailing support of her mother, who helps her with many tasks: “My mother came to live with me to support me. Today I am proud to be at the head of a large family”. This participation in Large families, life in XXLis very important for her who wishes to show that one can ensure as a mother of a family, even after having been affected by a tragedy. “It was important for me to show my daily life between managing my grief with the loss of my husband then the education of my children and all that while being alone with triplets”, she concluded.
