“It’s part of our dreams”rejoiced on Tuesday March 22 on franceinfo Arnaud Donckele, crowned with three stars, the highest gastronomic award in the Michelin guide, for his Parisian restaurant at La Samaritaine. “Three stars all at once is a strong emotion, it was a happy surprise.”
Whoever considers that the kitchen “is developed like perfumes”explain that “like a dream, at no time do we think of being able to hang it and it’s something that drives us.” Thanks to this award, he adds that he is aware of “build rare moments.”
Already crowned with three stars in Saint-Tropez, Arnaud Donckele assures that he is “a person naturally anxious to disappoint” and “this is certainly what makes us challenge ourselves every day and allow us to have a certain regularity.” And he assures: “We will celebrate this Wednesday, by reopening our restaurant with our customers.
