In Kherson, a city in southern Ukraine occupied by Russian forces, residents regularly demonstrate against the occupiers. Videos show that the Russians fired on the motorcade with automatic weapons on Monday, March 21.
Bursts of gunfire, Freedom Square, Kherson. This time, Russian soldiers fired on civilians, causing panic. At least one man was injured, hit in the leg. He was rescued by locals. Kherson is the first city in Ukraine to fall into the hands of the Russians, on March 3, a week after the start of the invasion.
