Two other suspects, two men, are still wanted, according to a source familiar with the matter at franceinfo. They are likely to be armed. All three, with the woman arrested, are members of the ultra-right. The main suspect, aged 28, is even known to the intelligence services to be an ultra-violent militant. Former member of the GUD, the far-right student union, he is to be tried on June 1 in a case of torture on a former comrade where he is notably indicted for “aggravated violence”.

Federico Martin Aramburu, former Argentinian international, was 42 years old. He was the father of three young children. The former rugby player was in Paris to attend the match of the VI nations France-England tournament. The three-quarter had won the French championship twice with Biarritz Olympique in 2005 and 2006. He had also been president of the club’s Socios from 2015 to 2018.
