Loic Portier, director of the festival, highlights short films that meet specific artistic and technical criteria without forgetting their originality. An international jury made up of directors, producers and animated film specialists will have the heavy task of designating the two winners of the national competition and will choose the public prize of the international competition.

A program for everyone

The event targets an adult and adolescent audience from 12 years old. Nevertheless, “young audience and family” sessions are presented. Also, many programs adapted for schoolchildren aged 3 to 18 are offered. Each year, approximately 5,000 schoolchildren take part in the festival.

It is a huge research and location work that is carried out by the director of Ciné Court Animated to make travel and surprise the public by offering shorts that are not shown anywhere else.
