Belgium decided on Friday to postpone its nuclear exit scheduled for 2025 by ten years, worried about soaring energy prices due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
“The federal government has decided to take the necessary measures to extend the life of the two newest nuclear reactors by ten years,” Prime Minister Alexandre De Croo wrote on Twitter.
