The Grand Théâtre de Québec has just inaugurated the STUDIOTELUS, its new refreshment bar under the responsibility of Chez Rioux & Pettigrew, a prominent restaurant in Old Québec.

Open on show nights, the space will allow you to have a drink and eat a light meal. The menu is made up of well-crafted little dishes by chef Dominic Jacques and his team.
Take for example this “Cod escabeche with wild rose, celeriac ravioli, fresh Granny Smith apple, marinated red onion, crisp from Pieux de Charlevoix” or the “Mozzarella di Bufala from the Fuoco cheese dairy served warm, cultured oyster mushrooms du Québec candied and marinated in kale pesto, hemp crumble and lemon thyme, purple basil, organic hemp oil”: this is not the bag of potato chips at intermission of yesteryear!
