A Ligue 2 derby to celebrate 150 years of football. Le Havre Athletic Club chose the Caen reception this Saturday March 19 at 3 p.m. to celebrate its anniversary. A village will be installed around the Stade Océane with many activities, before and after the match. A concert with in particular the rapper Havrais Médine will be organized at the end of the meeting. An event that you can also experience on France bleu Normandie, live from 2 p.m. to follow the event. Find the program.
Sky&Marine Village
A village with refreshments and numerous football-related activities as well as catering outlets will open its doors at noon around the Océane Stadium. The outer square and the Stadium will therefore be open three hours before kick-off so that everyone lives this anniversary in the long term. 15 football-related activities will be offered: a Challenge “CR7”, a ball placed at 2m56 to try to go as high as Cristiano; Teqball, a ping-pong match, without a racket and with a soccer ball; Tennis-Ball, in doubles without the ball touching the ground; a Blind Football Challenge, a football field and an awareness-raising action and an E-Sport Zone.
In the stadium
Parade of amateur clubs
Half an hour before kick-off, at 2:30 p.m., the amateur clubs of the region are invited to march through the stadium. “A symbol desired by the HAC to thank the amateur clubs, their volunteers and their leaders who make Norman football, and who often serve as a springboard for professional players…!”greets the club on its website.
Caen reception
The kick-off of the match between the HAC and the Stade Malherbe de Caen is at 3 p.m. 12,000 seats have already been sold, the lower ring of the stadium is already full, but Places are still available on the club’s website or directly from your usual retailers in the Le Havre conurbation. Note that for the occasion the HAC has set up a special offer for students: the club sells tickets for 10 euros with access to a lounge with free drinks and the presence of a DJ.
Presentation of former players
Because they wrote, on the lawns of France, the history of the HAC, the Club invited its former players and coaches to come and celebrate this anniversary which is also theirs, they will be nearly sixty to be present. After meeting for a joint lunch, they will meet the public for a pre-match signing session and a presentation on the pitch at half-time. Jean-Michel, Vikash, Alain, Serge, Abdel and the others will therefore have fun meeting up and meeting the public!
Medina in concert after the meeting
17 hours (“time to celebrate the victory of the HAC”, quips the club), a concert will be organized in the adjoining village. The headliner is the Le Havre rapper Medine, whose latest title Here are the problems came out last week. Other Norman artists will share the stage: Nino GotFunk, Jamila, Francis and Scars.
