In place of the old Almodovar bakery on rue Carnot in Pau, Maison Adiiou opened in 2019. At the helm are 2 friends, 2 “brothers” in love with a job well done and good products. 5 at the start 17 employees today the house name is not overused. Matthieu Schlewitz and Arnaud Rioblanc have put together a real team, each in his place.
Maison Adiiou opens its 2nd address in Lons, the pastries are made in Lons and leave when the pastries from Pau are dropped off in this new shop.
In this new shop formerly at St Cricq 5 people to welcome and advise us, the 25 pastries are there as in Pau, the breads always fabulous like the one with herbs de provence. Mathieu st Cricq gave his Basque cake recipe so as not to completely let down his regulars.
