On the occasion of the France Bleu market tour, France Bleu Limousin invites you to meet on Thursday 17 March, at the Argentat sur Dordogne fair. From 7 a.m., Véronique Henry will be live on site, and from 10 a.m., you can come and cook with Régine Rossi-Lagorce.
As part of the event tour organized by France Bleu in partnership with France Terre de Lait, France Bleu Limousin invites you to meet on Thursday March 17, 2022 at the Argentat sur Dordogne fair in Corrèze.
From 7 a.m., Véronique Henry will be on site to make you discover the fair in a special morning getaway.
From 10 a.m., come and cook live with Regine Rossi-Lagorce. Former cook, author of several books, she willingly shares her know-how, her knowledge and her new ideas. You can find her every Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. on the France Bleu Limousin antenna in her program Circuit Bleu Côté Saveurs.

Véronique Henry will be with Régine Rossi-Lagorce. Together they will first go to the market, then Régine will invest in the kitchen truck specially made available to her, to meet the challenge of the day :
With 30 euros, it will have to:
- prepare a meal for 6 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert
- by including two dairy products
After this preparation, people present at the fair will be able to taste what Régine has prepared and savor the quality of the dishes.
