For the past few weeks, requests for quotes have been on the rise again. Régis Favre, caterer, is delighted, after two complicated years and a 70% drop in turnover.

Same enthusiasm at Alexia Charnod, florist in the suburbs of Mâcon (Saône-et-Loire). It has been installed for over 20 years. The wedding season has already started, and represents 15 to 20% of its turnover. The next few months look promising. “We feel people are more mobilized for this, they want to party, to have pretty flowers for their wedding”, she says. In a boutique specializing in wedding dresses and outfits, the schedules are also full. “Right now, we are not counting our hours”confides Jacqueline, seamstress.
