This natural wine, pure in expression, strongly inspired and treated flawlessly by the brothers Xavier, Benoit and Mathieu, redefines my understanding of the wines of this Languedoc appellation. A red that breathes life, with this breath of fresh air that penetrates deep, endowed with tannins that speak for their terroir and the passion of the three brothers to reveal them. (5) ©
