The road investments planned over the next two years in the Capitale-Nationale will total a record amount of more than half a billion dollars, announced Friday the Minister of Transport, François Bonnardel.

In all, 85 major road projects are planned for the region. On the list of projects, we find among others:
– paving of 5th Avenue (route 371), from one kilometer north of rue des Pins to route du Lac-Jacques, in Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier;
– the reconstruction of the bridge spanning the Port au Persil river, in Saint-Siméon;
– paving of Route 365, in Saint-Raymond, and Route 138, in Donnacona and Cap-Santé, and the addition of a median rumble strip on Route 365, in Neuville.
