20 Hours journalist Anne-Claire Poignard is live from Lviv, in western Ukraine. She returns to the truce which has lasted for two days, and which has allowed more than 80,000 people to leave the vicinity of Kiev. Part of these refugees should be moved to Lviv.

“Lviv, in western Ukraine, is a city spared from the fighting, and it is through here that more and more refugees transit to then cross into Europe. At the station, every day, new trains arrive. “These Ukrainians are arriving from the combat zones in the north and east of the country. (…) 80,000 have been evacuated in the past two days, in particular from around Kiev.
