The Angloy Olatu Leku incubator, 100 avenue de l’Adour has just opened a new Court-Circuit restaurant. A creation by Flore Bonnard with the young chef Pierre Vichier-Guerre in the kitchen.
We already knew about the delivery of meals from Court-circuit now it is also a restaurant that offers a 3-course lunch menu for 16 euros every day from Monday to Friday, but also a series of grilled cheeses and an exceptional homemade recipe for a talo made by the chef from corn kernels then served with Gaec Bioc cheese, wild garlic pesto and a delicious confit pork loin.
