(Montreal) Actor Paul Newman’s memoir will be published next fall.
Publisher Alfred A. Knopf today announced that the book, which still has no title, will include the actor’s thoughts on his job, his childhood, his family, fame, Hollywood, love. , alcohol and politics, among others.
Paul Newman, who died in 2008, started the book in the 1980s, with help from screenwriter Stewart Stern. The manuscript was recently found in the residence where the actor’s wife, Joanne Woodward still resides.
