Tour of the France Bleu markets, on Sunday March 13 live from the La Pallice Market in La Rochelle

On the occasion of the France Bleu market tour, France Bleu La Rochelle invites you to meet on Sunday March 13, at the La Pallice market. From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., come and cook with chef Christophe Letort.

As part of the event tour organized by France Bleu in partnership with France Terre de Lait, France Bleu La Rochelle invites you to meet on Sunday March 13, 2022 at the La Pallice market. From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., come and cook live with Christophe Letort from the La Côte Rôtie restaurant in La Rochelle.
Matthieu Moebs and Christophe Letort will first do the market, then the Chef will invest in the kitchen truck specially made available to him, to take up the challenge of the day : a complete menu for 30 euros with 2 dairy products.

The chef, Christophe Letort

Chef Christophe Letort made his debut in 1996 with a Compagnon du Tour de France. He then traveled extensively, working for prestigious houses first in England, in Switzerland at Château Gütsch and in Hong Kong for 2 years. After a quick return to France, he left on cruise ships in Miami and then in luxury chalets in the Alps. Christophe Letort then worked in Kiev for 3 years and in one of the Nantes vineyard institutions. Hired in the mass distribution, he built his house in Charente-Maritime, which he sold to buy “La Côte Rôtie”, a bistronomic restaurant which is celebrating its second anniversary in the La Pallice district of La Rochelle.
